The family runs the hotel themselves. There are no reception shifts changing every week: the same faces welcome you on arrival, cook your breakfast, and tell you where to find a good meal that evening.
The hotel is located in the green belt of Poreč, in the village of Kukci. It is surrounded by an acre of olive groves and Mediterranean plants, with views stretching across gardens and fields to the sea. It is quiet here — yet the old town is just a five-minute drive away.
With only sixteen rooms, you are never just one of a hundred guests. Most of our guests return, and that is the only metric that matters to us.

„A true hidden gem for those seeking a getaway from the everyday with a summer "chillout" vibe. The accommodation provides everything you need, but the amenities keep you so relaxed you might even forget to head into Istria: the pool is paired with a bar whose offerings and atmosphere eliminate the need to head to the beaches (drinks, food in the afternoon, music, video projection setups)... unexpectedly, in the evening, the ambiance transforms into a real summer beach bar. The staff is approachable and helpful, reacting immediately if you find anything missing. Breakfast is excellent and served until late (11:00), and the facilities remain available for the rest of the day after checkout.”

The pool was a definite perk and the location was outstanding for exploring the Porec area.
